Our exhibition Lines in Nature| La nature des choses is soon coming to an end and we had decided early on to take part of La Fab’s Annual Fundraiser. It will take place the same night our show closes. So we’re throwing a party and what a better date than June 21 to celebrate La Fab’s achievements, the Solstice, our collaborative adventure and even Father’s Day. It’s a ticket-only event. Check out our flyer (you can click on it, it’s a PDF):
She works fast and to the point. We would like to thank interviewer-videographer Liana Voia for doing a great job during our Reception.
You can see the fruit of her labour and ours on the videos she posted on YouTube. You can either select the artist of your choice doing a solo or team interview on Liana’s YouTube Channel and/or you can choose to watch the Artist Talk (23:43).

We would like to thank the many visitors who came today and made our Reception a successful event. Congratulations to Jeff and Delphine as well as Andrew and Carina for selling their work. Liana Voia did interview most of the artists present and videos will soon be available on YouTube. For those of you who couldn’t make it and for those who want to relieve part of it, here are some pictures.
The walls were still awaiting a fresh coat of paint but most of us were hard at work today to set up the show. Others had come in the previous weeks to set theirs up, knowing they couldn’t make it today.
Judith and Kathryn were having some technical difficulties with the way their video was coming out on the screen but they have some surprise for the viewers.
Gail and Shirley were still working on installing their work when I left.
I love this piece by Andrew and Carina. Check out the stitching on the painting.
Jeff and Delphine’s prints look really great in the hall.
Can’t see well enough with the picture but this piece from Margit and Melissa looks really intriguing from out the window.
Dawn and Patricia’s work was still installed completely when I left.
